Training 2: Essential Oils and Acupressure for Immune Support

While the first training focuses on balancing emotional health, this training will focus on boosting overall immunity. It will help with both prevention as well as strengthening your immune system should you become ill.

After this class, you’ll be able to…

  • Use 3 essential oils to strengthen your immune response in three different ways

  • Strengthen your immunity as you sleep

  • Make an immune supportive lotion to keep your hands germ free and moisturized

  • Use 5 pressure points to boost your overall immunity

  • Build immunity and prevent illness using Chinese herbs & moxibustion

After each class, you’ll receive a PDF of recipes and slides with a Resources Page at the end.

Beth Lindley, CHC, is a certified clinical aromatherapist in training and a Certified Health Coach.
